Overview

Each Pookie Vibes piece is made to order and produced individually. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Each piece is produced using professional acrylic printing and inspected before shipment.

Our goal is that you receive your piece exactly as intended.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

support@pookievibes.com

Include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement at no cost, or
• A full refund

You do not need to return the item unless specifically requested.


Change of Mind

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Personal preference

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.

To request a cancellation, email:

If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing
• Additional time depending on your bank or card provider


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
